In-person training
Two days, three instructors, one room.
In-person sessions run as small cohorts so everyone gets time with the instructors and works through real records rather than watching someone else do it. When a session fills, registration closes and the waitlist opens.
Registration, cancellation & capacity policy
- Seats are held only once payment clears through our processor. Unpaid holds expire after 30 minutes.
- Full refund up to 10 days before the session; 50% up to 72 hours; no refund inside 72 hours.
- Registrations are transferable to another attendee at no charge until the day before.
- If we cancel for any reason, you are refunded in full and offered priority seating at the next date.
- Tell us about any dietary or access requirements at least 5 days ahead and we will make arrangements.

Both courses are instructor-led with hard seat limits, so dates fill quickly and are released to the waiting list first. Joining costs nothing and holds nothing — it tells us where demand is, and gets you 48 hours of priority registration before a date goes public.
